The Lack of Sleep is Real


If you would have told me five or so-ish years ago that I would have been able to stay up the entire night I would have been the most excited sixteen year old ever. Now, looking back, I wonder how I ever lasted that long. Even now, going to bed is more if a tread to me.. I guess that's the perks of getting old, am I just find myself wondering how I was ever able to stay awake that long. Going to bed at 5am and then sleeping in the next day until noon for it to happen again, now I'm lucky if I stay awake past midnight. 

Saying that though, I really need to get my sleeping pattern back on track, going to bed at 1am-2am and then waking up at 11am to go to work is not fun, I can tell you that right now.

I read that drinking lots of water and having down time is good to try and help you sleep, maybe i'll try it for a couple weeks and see how it turns out?

How do you guys sleep? Well? Better than me I hope.. I'm going for a nap.
